Allah don’t do irony:

Around 150 Muslims voted with the leader of the radical Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir that taking part in the political process is a waste of time.

I’ve had this feeling myself, when trying to choose among a dress-stainer, a peanut farmer, an empty suit, a lying sack of crap, a harpy/harridan, a doofus, various posers or a dangerous lunatic.

(You mean: the one that didn’t happen? So confused… )

      *No pun intended.

It is worse that that – one of Rudd’s parliamentary secretaries, Laurie Ferguson, a member of one of Labor’s royal families, is to introduce the jihadist to the audience. That puts him in the same class as a David Hicks.

    1. #3 Harry. Sounds like you’re considering a pre poll vote in the looming Gold Coast City Council elections. I recognise the candidates.

Why only the other day we received our letter re the Gold Coast City Quadrennial Elections (look that up in your funk and wagnell)on March 15.

It told us we had to vote (we know that) and it told us to cut out the bottom corner bit with our details and bring it to the polling booth. This is to help the official find us on the books. What was wrong with saying your name and they went to it alphabetically.

I estimate the cost to send this bit of waffle out to be around $150,000.

Which will be quite a cost if other councils latch onto this bit of PR brilliance.

    1. O/T What a fun day we had in Canada today.

Mastermind Stephen Harper sues Liebral Party and all prominent Liebrals for libel.

Note to Aussies: In Canada, the Liberals are the bad guys, having run the country for 80% of it’s history, they consider themselves the natural ruling party and really, really get their knickers in a twist when the government doesn’t listen to them. For the past 15 years, they have run on the “evil, scary, conservative” smear ticket. Now, smears are over.

    1. Is this an omen or what?

Meanwhile, a man was found shot in a park in Sydney’s south west last night – the third shooting incident in the past 24 hours.

The victim was found conscious and breathing by ambulance crews with a gunshot wound to the leg at Rudd Park in Belfield about 11pm.

It is believed the offenders – of Middle Eastern appearance – were in two cars, a black hatchback and a silver 4WD.

    1. Muslims need to lighten up a little.  They should all just settle down, grab themselves an alcaholic beverage, put on a stick flic and have a wank.  Seriously, all this pent up aggression and rage could be solve by a few quick strokes and knocking the top off.

I reckon this whole Israel/Palestinian conflict could be all solved with a mutual beer and mastubation session down at the Gaza Strip.

    1. With Mendacity being one of the main doctrines of Islam, especially when dealing with civilised western societies.  Politics and Islam would, on the surface seem like a good fit, but then the lies in politics have be plausible.  Maybe they should keep on waving dead children at the cameras as Hamas did recently, while the so-called jihad fighters hide amongst a skittish populace.  Using dead babies to promote their cause, is not good politics they should stick to their “religion” it gives them the high moral ground.

What I don’t understand is when all these scary mass ralies are held with satanic black flag waiving and chanting, dead baby displaying, frothing at the mouth jihadis is held in the street of Gazza etc. (you know the ones that reveal the nature of the beast we fight). Why arn’t we seeing 10 to 20 JDAMS hit the massed crowd at once to provide some warmth to the celebrations. Guess the Israeli Air Force are allot nicer than I am.
