Motoon-related violence at a British school:
Hackney mum Linda David is one of several parents who have been told to keep their teenage sons at home for their own protection after rising tensions between Asian pupils and fellow white, black and Turkish students at the school in neighbouring Tower Hamlets.
Several pupils have been injured in fights at Bethnal Green Technology College in Gossett Street since trouble flared three weeks ago.
And where is Bethnal Green representative George Galloway during this? Busily failing to vote and ignoring emails, apparently.
UPDATE. George is quite OK with Motoon violence, as Harry’s Place reports:
This [Motoon] incident is worse than the 11 September attacks in the US and the 7/7 incidents in London. Therefore, today it is the right of Muslims to express their anger and to defend their right and faith.
