Big changes at the Bulletin and the Nine Network. Who will be my next editor? I hear Margo Kingston is available.
UPDATE. The Age, where departing Bulletin editor-in-chief Garry Linnell worked for twenty years or so, quotes Crikey.com.au misinformant Glenn Dyer:
“Garry Linnell is a westie from Melbourne … Eddie likes people of the same make-up as he, with his background.”
Linnell is from Geelong, as Bernie Slattery is aware. Bernie is currently hot on mappish mistakes.
