Despite never having been married to Bill Clinton, inexperienced John McCain has secured the Republican presidential nomination.
UPDATE. The Hypnobama is vanquished! HILLARY WINS IN … er … RHODE ISLAND!
UPDATE II. Dennis Kucinich leading Joe Cimperman in Ohio. Why I’m posting this, I have no idea.
UPDATE III. CNN now calling Ohio for Clinton.
UPDATE IV. Symonds leading Richards in Australia.
UPDATE V. Clinton narrowly ahead in Texas. Jules Crittenden: “The Dems are gonna have to chew their own arm off to get out of this situation.”
UPDATE VI. Alberta Phillips:
In case you haven’t heard, Rush Limbaugh is trying to cause mischief in the Democratic Party primary races in Texas and Ohio.
On his radio show, he called on Republicans to vote for Hillary in Democratic Primaries.
And it seems they did:
The extraordinarily large turnout Tuesday – with untold thousands of Ohio Republicans and independents crossing over to vote in the Obama-Clinton race – caused Democratic ballot shortages in places like Clermont County and long lines at the polls.
Hillary should thank the man.
UPDATE VII. Ron Paul (R-Lunar Orbit) is returned to Congress.
UPDATE VIII. Yeee-haw! Hillary takes Texas. That victory speech might carry a little momentum.
