Rammed out of the Japanese Grand Prix by German rookie Sebastian Vettel, Australian Mark Webber tells an audience of millions:

It’s just kids with no experience, they fuck everything up really.

Webber was in second place at the time, and a chance to win. Eventual victor Lewis Hamilton now has a 12-point title lead with just two races remaining.

    1. And broadcast on free-to-air television at 4.00 in the afternoon . . .

    1. Yep, that’s racin’. Saw the same thing happen at the Humboldt County fairgrounds last year. O’course, the guy that did it was probably drunk at the time…

    1. There’s a time and a place for that kind of language. It should be reserved for special occasions, when no other words will do.

Given what happened, this was the time, and that was the place.

    1. Getting punted under pace car conditions really is poor form. No wonder he’s tense.

    1. I was at the trans-am at limerock where Mark Donahue ran Parnelli Jones off the track on the first turn in retaliation for what Jones did in a previous race.

      The duel lasted 5 secs.

    1. I don’t know how these guys maintain their equanimity. I was crew for a privateer this happened to during his best showing ever in a pro race. Running 5th, up from 16th in only 3 laps, a good finish would have won him pro sponsorship.

I would have buried a screwdriver in the fool’s heart.

    1. Makes it much worse when ‘the kid’ is on your team!
Very stupid to interview him just then…

    1. Anyone want to take a guess how much Mark’s going to be asked to “contribute” to Bernie’s Yacht Fund after that one?

Zero dollar I’m thinking. The offender (Vettel) got a 10 grid spot penalty for the next race for his efforts.Just another day in the life of the unlukiest driver ever.
