Global warming kills parasites, boosts leopard and black bear populations, and protects walruses.

    1. But is it soft on the hands while you do the dishes?

    1. The case for global warming rests on tree rings. When it’s warm the tree grows more and faster, and its growth ring is wider.

This of course is a Disaster of Epic Proportions…

    1. But Ric, the faster trees grow, the more carbon they suck up and the sooner we’ll get cold again.  Oh, when will it all stop?

    1. “human-induced climate change without apparent habitat destruction can lead to the extinction of populations of cold-adapted species that have a low colonization ability,” according to the authors.

But non-human-induced climate change has no effect, apparently.

    1. cold adapted species that somehow survived the three thousand year Roman Warm Period that was warmer than today, those cold adapted species.

      See figure three

Is there ANYTHING global warming can’t do?

Bad news for the moonbats. Better lay low until this thing blows over.

    1. But Leopards and Bears are bad, meat eating, naughty animals who exhibit violent tendencies. What of the effect on nice animals you know, like the Beaver and the Gerbil?

    1. But GW is killing moose! But then, they’re causing global warming too, so it’s poetic justice the horny s.o.b.s are getting it! (See both imbedded links.)

    1. Maybe we could ship some leopards to the Eskimos and they could use them to hunt and kill walrus.  Wouldn’t that balance things out?

    1. You know, this AGW thing is getting more complicated.  It’s rather like the little Dutch boy putting his finger in the dyke to stop a leak—soon there’s leaks all over the place.  It looks like, if we manage to save one species, some other species will suffer and/or disappear.  If we keep it cool over there, it messes the temperature up over there—with some species suffering and/or dying.  If we do nothing, some species with suffer and/or die.

Wait a minute!  Maybe it’s all natural!

Salty, if this keeps going at this pace, the next thing will be Global Warming has reached meltdown!
