A tornado warning for two areas of New York City — the Bronx and northern Queens — was posted by the service late in the morning as thunderstorms moved through the metropolitan area, but it was not immediately known if any funnel clouds actually developed or touched down.
Go tell the folks in Queens and the Bronx to enjoy “Gaia’s stern rebuke”, nature boy!
