Labor Party identity and child-employment entrepreneur Neville Hilton is out of jail after serving just 14 months of a four-year sentence.

    1. Why are you posting a cynical and sardonic heading about this pillar of the community? The ALP needs a new leader and he sounds like just the man! Does Mark Lathsm endorse him?

    1. From that second link, under “Hilton,” above

Four years? Is that all? You can run a freaking child brothel in this state and you get off with only four years in jail?

      Four years?  Well, no …

    1. I guess he’s out on good behaviour. Hasn’t sold any children for… hell, about 14 months.

    1. ALP membership- worth every penny if you’re a douchebag. Even if you’re sprung, penalties are “negotiable”.

What’s Nev’s probation going to be- community service in a creche?

    1. He will be called upon by Labour, at the next election, to claim that under the Howard Government, he lost his small business.

    1. For shame- didn’t you know released prisoners can be traumatised by being hounded over past misdemeanours, for which they’ve been punished?

I for one sure hope so, but most of these scrotes have a much of a sense of guilt as I have a sense of social responsibility, so fuck him- Here’s Nifty, and what a fine figure of a paedophile pimp he is- I’m sure the party, his branch and fellow unionists are proud of his efforts to provide gainful employment for young people who would be otherwise sniffing solvents and shagging complete strangers for money to fund their filthy habit- what’s that, that’s what they were doing? oops.

    1. First the doctors’ wives, then the Lebanese gangsters and now the child pimps. Looks like the ALP is a dead cert in picking up all the important demographics for the next election.

    1. Margo’s Maid 3

Hilton’s time will come. Believe it.

Yeah?  I’d love to.  Can you give me a reason to believe it?

    1. Even a day later I still can’t tell if Margo’s Maid was implying that somebody’s going to knock off Hilton, or if it was an homage to this immortal sentence in response to #1…

    1. The truth is elusive and will never be known because that is the very essence of truth.

When the truth is known, it ceases its discursive function as the object of quest in the human intellect. The truth is, there may be no truth at all and the truth that we believe does not liberate or satisfy the human consciousness and reason. It imprisons the mind toward something that does not possess certainty…

(Note to self: Must stop eating Margo’s orange tic tacs)

But to answer your question PW, you are right, as it was meant to be an homage to a quote from political expert, Alan Ramsey about Latham. Sounds butch out of context though, and I like it.

    1. I wonder if Nev has gone back into the brothel trade.Southern Belles Escort Agency is still listed in the Yellow Pages but of course may no longer benefit from his progressive management skills. Now that he’s paid his debt to Society I imagine he will be quickly invited to re-join the Labor Party and continue to contribute to the forward march of that great organisation.
