Phillip Adams continues getting it wrong:
Bush might be quietly encouraging the Israelis to take out the Iranian nuclear facilities, as they did some years ago, allowing Bush plausible deniability. Well, you can forget the deniability. Vice-President Dick Cheney is already talking up exactly this scenario.
The Israelis bombed nuclear facilities in Iraq, not Iran. And Cheney isn’t talking up an Israeli attack … unless you believe a certain quote-hacking NYT columnist.

- Iraq, Iran. Why should a leftie idiot care about a misplaced letter? This is Vice-President Dick Cheney being mis-quoted, man! Get your priorities straight.
This’ll can be filed under “Fake but stupid”.

- On the 4th of November 2004 the ABC’s Kerry O’Brien spoke with “veteran Washington correspondent” Matrin Walker who made this bold prediction…”we’ll be seeing Israeli war planes, with US support, hitting the Iranian nuclear facilities within the next three or four months.” He made this prediction in November. Will there be a retraction? Let’s wait and see. Personally, I’m not holding my breath!
Also in that interview, an apparently elitist Mr. Walker referred to Southern Whites as, “the white working class, the rednecks, the poor whites, whatever you want to call them, the evangelicals.” Charming isn’t it? It’s OK evidently to disparage a class of people as long as they’re WHITE!!
- I feel for Phatso. He hated Latham. And, just as he thought the sun was shining…. Bomber Beaszley gets back in. He hates Bomber even more than he hates Latham. Another four years of Phatson whining about the Americans, anything remotely right of centre and the ALP. I guess he could always tell us more stories about growing up in Far Kew (say that quickly to yourself a few times) as a poor meaningless Melbourne peasant who had the added torment of living with 3 miles of Melbourne’s most private of private schools so he would have walked past al these immaculently dressed school kids in his peasant rags. No wonder he’s so bitter.Posted by Karl Fidel Adams-Kingston on 01/26 at 08:53 PM • permalink
- Karl — That would have been a lot of peasant rags…Posted by richard mcenroe on 01/26 at 11:25 PM • permalink
