“At 8:30 last night I was on a bus heading up Oxford Street, Paddington and happened to go by Clover Moore’s electoral office,” reports citizen journalist macho man. “No Earth Hour for Clover. The lighting box hanging from the awning was on as was the decorative lighting in the window. Doesn’t Clover care about our planet?”
Given that Clover spent Earth Hour in a brightly-lit Sky News studio, we can only conclude that she doesn’t. She’s probably a creationist.
It’s funny. Socialism is a form of economic creationism, whereby people are unable to believe that economic forces, supply and demand & survival of the fittest can create wonderfully efficient companies. They worship their economic god also known as The Government who creates the perfect economic world.
Gee, our leftist f*ckw*ts are hypocrites, too. Who could’ve guessed it?

#1 Creationism, eh? God alone knows.
Chris Smith Symbolism of Earth Hour goes up in smoke
I saw plenty of fireworks and pats on the back, without too much else.HARDWARE FIRE: Collapse imminent, 100 firefighters battle
comment on fire: kind of ironic all that c02 saved during “earth hour 2008” ended up in the air anyway………….

Apologies for the lack of highway flare pictures. We ended up protesting Stop Loss instead.
For Earth Day, promise.

- About those highway flares that Richard laments the absence of, I reminded him that there is next year. We will plan for bigger and better celebration. In the meantime, it is on to
Earth Day. I’m thinking a Hummer stretch limo with a band of hearty fellow celebrants tossing carbon offsets as we drive through the Earth Day festivities in the park.Posted by Deborah Leigh on 2008 03 30 at 11:51 PM • permalink
Meanwhile, Fairfax notes that awareness was crushed in Wellington.

A family member went to public school with Clover’s son, Tom Moore.
He was expelled for beating the absolute crap out of an Aboriginal student, yelling words to the effect “die boong”. Getting expelled from a state school was never easy. I guess being related to a prominent politician has its upside.

I don’t know if Tim is a creationist or not, since Clover (whoever that is) refuses to provide the “missing link.” (Good one, Peter!) He has on many occasions claimed not to be religious though, but I’m unclear what he means by that term.
But does anyone else see a contradiction in the evolutionists who claim to be all scientific and sophisticated yet are against ‘survival of the fittest,’ the basic building block of evolution? For instance, we have to save all the plants and animals on the endangered species list, even though they are clearly not the fittest. And we should not save man, though we clearly are quite fit to adapt to our environment.
Creationism, eh? I’ll have to remember that. It goes so well with oafish and infantile.
