Commenter SCD observes:
“Racist” used to have a pretty straightforward, pointed meaning but now it’s just a bland pejorative used to describe anyone who disagrees with a member of the left.
Keep that in mind as you read this dissection of Paul Krugman’s latest.

- and bigot…. and people saying their ashamed to be australians… i read some of the blog topics on news.com.au and every second or third post has some clown saying this crap in them, howard’s a bigot, blah, blah, blah… Oz is a racist country, blah, blah, blah…
i try to tell them that u hear that crap so often these days that its lost all its impact.. but i guess some moonbats and handwringers have such a stunted vocabluary (as well as intellect) that they can’t help but repeat the same garbage ad nauseum???
- Next time someone calls u a nazi, ask them to provide you with an example of the last time you persecuted a Jew or homosexual.
That was the most effective response available to me when I made the foolish mistake of saying I voted for JWH in leftist company. I was immediately derided as a facist and nazi. After establishing that noone who was calling me a nazi had ever seen or heard of me persecuting a Jew or homosexual, we moved on to what else nazi’s do. Not one of the fuckers knew anything else about nazis. This is what we’re dealing with.
P.S. So nazi’s dont like jews. JWH is a nazi, right? But he likes Israel. HUH?

- I seem to recall Krugman claiming the American economy was head towards an ‘Argentinian style collapse’. That guy is a joke.
His partner in crime, Bob Herbert, should simply title all his columns “Life Sucks. I Want to Die.’ It’s literally, the same column since George Bush got elected( and probably before that).
- If language is debased, what are we to call the real racists? They are real, and they’re scary. I recall an incident a few years ago, when I was stopped in traffic behind a car with a small decal in the rear window. It featured a square white cross on a red field, with an idealized red drop (the “drop of Christ’s blood”) in the center. I realized that I was looking at the symbol of the Ku Klux Klan, being displayed in public in keeping with the First Amendment.
Now that’s a racist.
- Calling someone a racist who clearly isn’t a racist has been a tactic the left has used to cow their opponents for a long time. I’ve witnessed people who didn’t deserve it being hounded out of jobs and organizations by other people using this tactic. It makes people who are unjustly accused of racism as much a victim as people who are victims of racism, and yet the ever so progressive left doesn’t seem to recognize this. Or, frankly, doesn’t care.
- I was discussing how the Democrats might successfully woo back Southern Whites who defected to the Republicans when this Democrat responded with, “They’re all racists!”
Hoe-kay.
I’ve been thinking how that approach might work in politics and real life:
“Vote for me, you racist!”
“Drink Milk, Racist bigot!”
“Will you marry me, Nazi Scum?”
- My great uncle knows all about real racism . He has, on more than one occasion, professed himself disgusted with the trivialization of the term.
“Racist” used to have a pretty straightforward, pointed meaning but now it’s just a bland pejorative used to describe anyone who disagrees with a member of the left.
Couldn’t the same be said of “fascist?”

- Here’s ammunition for those who might care to use it; a piece by Neil Brown, in the Australian today. He’s discussing some recent research (more than one study) which shows that the racists are on the left.
A snippet:
Republicans, on the other hand, were not influenced by race at all. The Republicans’ view, as [Shanto Iyengar, a professor of communications at Stanford University] … put it, was more principled, as they supported individualism instead of handouts: “Independents and Democrats, on the other hand, are more likely to be affected by racial cues.”
- ‘Chickenhawk’ as a lefty sneer of deirision will go the way of ‘quagmire’ eventually.
Remember ‘quagmire’? It was all the rage about this time last year with moonbats comparing Iraq to Vietnam. Then they remembered – no doubt with great reluctance – that the US went into Vietnam under those two notoriously non-Republican presidents, Kennedy and Johnson.Posted by SwinishCapitalist on 2006 07 26 at 09:36 PM • permalink
- Islamics call everyone Racist here in Australia.
This is a form of control by the lefties who want to shut up governments and mainstream aussies and bend in to their wills.
This is a stock standard almost passee’ word now, and is quite ho hum.
The word Racist, in theory does not exist. Just as Islam is not a race, it’s only a pissy religion.
- Heard a very PC white Australian utter racism on radio today.
He said that any Aborigine should be “proud of how much ‘pure Australian blood’ he had in his veins”.
This was supposed to be a compliment, but it is ‘pure’ racism, identical with Hitler’s Aryan theory and racist language.
Many of the so-called ‘stolen children’ were half-casts or less, who were rejected on exactly this racial theory by their full-blood Aboriginal groups.
How mixed up most PC people are.

- Important stuff first.
Happy Birthday 1.618!
Now, on topic.
There’s lots of “stuff and nonsense” used to describe or attempt to explain leftobots and their…everything.
It’s actually quite easy to understand.
They exist in a separate reality. A reality that comes complete with mutated language, behavior, loyalties, signs and symbols. Nothing occurring within that reality will appear either rational or reasonable to anyone standing on the other side of the divider. They are able to do this because they are alien invaders that have sprung up from pods. They are Pod People.
I saw a movie about it once. It explained everything.
