OVER QUALIFIED

This Bolton fellow sounds perfect for the job of US ambassador to the UN …

  1. I can already hear the sacre bleus echoing around the Security Council chamber…

  2. The UN is a failed experiment that needs terminating.  What did they ever do about the imperialist Soviet Union.  NOTHING.

It was Ronald Reagan and Pope John-Paul 2 that brought that wall crashing down.

    The Anglo-Polish alliance is unbeatable!

  3. Bolton has my vote!  Literally, since I voted for Bush.  Even if my state did go for Kerry.

  4. North Korea said that it won’t deal with U.S. Undersecretary of State John Bolton because he described communist leader Kim Jong Il as a “tyrannical dictator” and said “life is a hellish nightmare” for many North Koreans.
Mr. Bolton made the remarks during a visit to South Korea last week.
“Such human scum and bloodsucker is not entitled to take part in the talks,” said a North Korean Foreign Ministry spokesman, according to the North’s official KCNA news agency.

North Korea calling the guy human scum and bloodsucker [sic] is reason enough for me. The Telegraph piece just adds icing on the cake.

  5. The Ralph Peters of international diplomacy.  I love the guy.

  6. There’s not enough blood to go around in the North Korean Scum & Bloodsuckers Commune.
The UN is discredited because it allows any country to be a member, regardless of how bad & bloodsucking they are.
It puts bloodsuckers in charge of bloodbanks, and abusers in positions reviewing human rights.
I have just one question - if it is not reformed, what is it good for?

  7. Ultimately George Bush is an advocate for substance over form.  By choosing Bolton he is signaling that he intends to reform the UN and help it to perform the tasks it was intended for.

This is extraordinary.  But isn’t this what a world leader is supposed to do?

  8. Tommy Shanks….you wouldn’t happen to be the mayor of Melonville would you?

  9. I think this is the end of the U.N. as we know it.  And they know it too.

And not a moment too soon.

  10. Heh. That would be so good for the Useless Nations.

  11. Thanks for bringing those pearls of wisdom to my attention, I wasn’t familiar with all of the quotes provided. President Bush continues to be the gift that keeps on giving. First Condi as SoS, then Wolfowitz for the World Bank, now Bolton at the UN. And all that the worlds leftists, status quo’ers, fanatics, mullahs, dictators, and our pathetic MSM can do is FUME. It just can’t get any better than this. Hope really is on the way, proving the better coiffed half of the Glamour Twins managed to get at least one thing right during the campaign.
