LIGHT OF THE MOON

“Greenpeace unveils its new energy plan,” reports Rohan T. “Fairly fitting since they like pulling solutions from their asses anyway.”

  5. #2 - thanks for the link. So basically, the guy wants less freedom to choose and hence less responsibility.

    Guess who he votes for?

  6. And in thirty years when the mercury from twisty light bulbs is pooling everywhere, they’ll call us environmental criminals for using them. Useless fuckers.

  7. #6, I prefer to call them “Mercury Lightglobes,” not use any of the Greenies’ nice euphemisms.  “Highly Toxic Mercury Lightglobes” would work for me, too.

Any homeowner who uses the things should have HazMat certs.

  8. I thought when you had a “bright idea”, the light bulb was supposed to light up over your brain.

Oh wait - I forgot; they have their heads up their asses.

  9. “till the sun shines out of your arse…”

    Hmm.
What, they’re not offering each northern hemisphere resident their own private Al Gore, and each southern hemisphere resident Tim Flannery, because everyone knows that the sun shines…

  10. The EU plan to regulate and tax car CO2 could increase the cost by 1300 to 2700 euros but don’t worry “Ferrari, Porsche or Lamborghini, which make high-end luxury racers and sell fewer than 10,000 cars a year, would be exempt”

Although the gases emitted from Al Gore’s various orifices, including his arse, could produce enough electricity to power a small town!

But not very “environmentally friendly” - or so we are told!

Martin Bunzl, a philosophy professor, directs the Initiative on Climate Change, Social Policy and Politics at Rutgers University’s Eagleton Institute of Politics.

it’s like that philosophy and religion professor talking about how 9/11 was an inside job.

Ignore the exageration and hype that comes from science by press release.

Makes as much sense as most of the other stuff they’ve come up with.
