“A new environment organisation [the Australian Environment Foundation] launched on the weekend,” emails Jennifer Marohasy. “It was with some trepidation because the Friday before we got a letter from Australian Conservation Foundation solicitors claiming trademark infringement.”

  6. Habitat for Humanity International is suing spinoff Building Habitat Inc. for trademark infringement.  Charity is about money today.  For St. Augustine, charity meant thinking the best of the other guy rather than the worst, but heaven has raised the bar to cash only.

  10. I’ll bet the Conservation Council of Australia will be furious when they hear about this.  So will the Council of Australian Conservation, the Environment Foundation of Australia and the Foundation for the Australian Environment.
