JEWS "BIGOTED, RACIST, PATHETIC", AND UNABLE TO WRITE

Former Sydney Morning Herald journalist turned unpopular blogger Antony Loewenstein is “currently writing a book on Israel/Palestine for Melbourne University Press”. Should be quite a read, given Antony’s bold views:

As a Jew who doesn’t believe in the concept of a Jewish state - a fundamentally undemocratic and colonialist idea from a bygone era - reception to such ideas within the Jewish community is usually vitriolic, bigoted, racist and downright pathetic. Australian Jews, generally speaking, are incapable of hearing the true reality of their beloved homeland and its barbaric actions.

Leave aside the seething towards Israel, and instead marvel at Antony’s prose. Hear the true reality, people!

UPDATE. J.F. Beck has more on Crazy Ant.

  1. Boy, Seder must be a hoot at his house. He’s related to Noam Chomsky, right?

  2. I’d sure be curious to know his justification for the claim that the “the concept of a Jewish state [is] fundamentally undemocratic”.

And, does he hold the same kind of disdain for Islamic “republics”?

  5. Unfortunately , there are many Jews who do betray their own.
Perhaps more noticeable because Jews have so often been under attack.
The motives are varied. A reaction to a totalitarian father - a common occurence in the families i have known.
A need to achieve fame by the easist route.- An Israel hating Jewish journo, is eagerly snapped up by leftist media ahead of gentile equivalents
A desire to get some of those Saudi grants as has been the case with some extremist right wing intellectuals.
    Who knows?
I suggest Tony get some free psychiatric help to understand his treacherous impulses and deal with them.
His fame may be short lived but his treachery will live on after it.

    nice one Richard.
perhaps it was Tony’s ancestors who inserted the Jesus of Nazareth’s texts into the History of the Jews

  15. With a bit of editing, Antony’s post looks much better:

As a Muslim who doesn’t believe in the concept of a Muslim state - a fundamentally undemocratic and colonialist idea from a bygone era - reception to such ideas within the Muslim community is usually vitriolic, bigoted, racist and downright pathetic. Australian Muslims, generally speaking, are incapable of hearing the true reality of their beloved homelands and their barbaric actions.

    Bellissimo!

A themepark named “Sex Land” might be a better idea.
