HICKS QUITS STICKS

The man described by a federal magistrate last month as capable of committing a terrorist act has been given special dispensation to leave South Australia.
The Sun-Herald understands that Hicks, 32, has been living with a female friend at Abbotsford, a waterfront suburb in Sydney’s inner west.
Let’s hope she meets David’s requirements.
He has obtained a learner driver’s licence and has been seen driving around the suburb in the company of a female friend, with L-plates attached to his car.
But, but ... the environment!
Hicks’s lawyer, David McLeod, said the former Guantanamo Bay inmate was being mentored by Australian adventurer Dick Smith, who campaigned for a fair trial for the South Australian during Hicks’s five-year detention.
“David has developed a close relationship with Dick Smith,” Mr McLeod said.
For the first time, I feel a little sorry for Dave. At least in Gitmo he learned something.

Who the hell would want to be seen anywhere near Mohammad Dawoo. His former ‘colleagues,’ I would venture, are none to pleased with him. Is Abbotsford anywhere near Lukemba?

And why Sydney? Why didn’t Hicks head to Melbourne, home of the activist everything and where probably much more of his support base lives?
Dick Smith is, apparently, “mentoring” Hicks. That’s probably what drew him to Sydney, but exactly what does it mean? Support for his lifestyle? His beliefs? Providing him with an income?
Why?
Is Dick Smith “mentoring” anyone else - perhaps some poor devil who’s worked hard all his or her life, been honest, responsible, does not support terrorism or groups which trample on the rights of others, particularly women, and who does not make outrageous anti-Semitic remarks but who still somehow cannot progress in life?
There must be so many others who are much, much more worthy of “mentoring”.
Dick Smith may be a well-meaning fool, but he’s a fool, nonetheless.
It also seems that crime does, after all, pay.

It is all part of the pre-publicity for Hicks’ book, which will be out as soon as the ban on comment ends. I said at the time Dick Smith rang Hicks in Adelaide that he was acting for a publisher.

Just don’t let on that he was a CIA plant from the get go. If people find out Hicks’ “Gitmo” was really room 2216 at Caesar’s Palace and those “interrogations” were by Vegas hookers, who knows what may happen.
(I hope this bit of disinformation is enough to distract people from his Shin Bet associations.)Unbelievable. On the tele, I was just watching tonight’s one day cricket international between Australia and India at the SCG, and am pretty sure I saw Hicks in the Members Stand with Smith.

You are probably right. It could be the sort of stroke that Smith may get into. I personally will boycott any company or associated media outlet and their advertisers who get involved with this disgusting little rat. I don’t care how much they make him out to be a ‘nice bloke’ - Ray Martin style. With the aid of the Internet, it is not too hard to do and the inconvenience would be worth it.Like Stakja, Hicks is just a ham’s throw from me. I suspect the police station he is reporting to is the one just around the corner from my place.
Abbotsford would be perfect for Dawood. It’s a very white bread kind of suburb.
No Jews.
No Asians.
No poofs.
No brown people.
No one who wants to cut your throat.
There is plenty of lovely waterfront property, and the Santa lights are Christmas are something to behold.

I have lost all respect for the half of this pair that wears glasses and should know better.
His donation to the AWM is being utilised in the “Post 1945” galleries. The same galleries that pay tribute to our efforts in Aghanistan against David Hicks.
The AWM should give DHick Smith his dirty money back.
