    Why didn’t Vivian Young, the Australian wrongly deported to the Philippines, call home?

    Why, in the four years since didn’t she call her two sons, by different men, to say where she was?

    Why did she not tell her husband? Her sister in the Philippines? Her brother in Brisbane? Her friends?

    Did Young, also known as Vivian Solon, Vivian Alvarez and Vivian Wilson, actually want to be found?

  2. B rought a lump to my throat, because it reminded me in so many ways of my own dear departed dad, and Father in law too.  That great generation of Aussie blokes who’d shout you a beer anytime, and fight beside you if your cause was just.  And if they were beside you, she’d be right!
