CANADA HATED

For a broad strata of society, that bunch of folk recently arrested up Canada way sure do have some narrow interests:

Wives of four of the central figures arrested last month were among the most active on the website, sharing, among other things, their passion for holy war, disgust at virtually every aspect of non-Muslim society and a hatred of Canada.

They were sharing. Our selfish Western culture could learn from these kind people.

  10. #9- You beat me to it. What’s the betting that like the adherents of the prophet here currently either in the slot or awaiting trial, they reject every facet of evil western secular society except the fortnightly deposit in the bank account.

I believe they rationalise this as jizyah, as they regard western countries as Islamic and they are the true rulers/occupiers, and we dhimmis should rightly provide tribute to our caliphs (and a housing commission palace, and a rego discount for the camel).

No wonder they get on so well with the hippy left- they share a loathing of success, democracy, reward for effort, legal equity and have an overwhelming sense of entitlement.

Surely there must be some real shithole we can relocate all these genomal abberations to, where they can live in the true medaeval misery they seek, and peer over the horizon with seething envy at the high altitude pollution that’s a dead giveaway of somewhere where people are whooping it up.

  14. At least in the Australian Migration act there’s a clause whereby residency (and possibly citizenship, I’d need to look at the text) can be revoked for a number of different reasons, one of which is telling porkies, or at least helal goaties in your application and when you take the oath.

The spectre of deportation has been raised by the increasingly cadaverous attorney general Phil Ruddock in the case of Islamofascists who can be demonstably proved to hald allegience to Mohommadean jihad rather than their adopted country, but as of yet there’s been no actual use of the clause.

such action would be hugely popular with everyone bar the perpetually outraged, who no doubt would drag it out throught the Federal and High Court for years- there comes a time where the judiciary is out of its depth in times of conflict, and given the example of the   Supreme Courts grandstanding idiocy we’re in such a time.

As to accusations of acting like nazis by deporting hostile alien cells, I believe the nazis themselves had other ways of dealing with people plotting to or actively carrying out actions against the national socialist regime and the German people.

  19. They are playing a very dangerous game with the West.  They are counting on our being a bunch of depraved pansies.  Everytime the West acquiesces in some new outrage, while keeping quiet about the nature of the enemy, it emboldens them some more.  And they have a point about the depravity.  Only a depraved idiot supports its destroyer.

If the West ever removes its sanction of Islamic barbarity I’m afraid there will be a real hell unleashed.  Too bad we don’t stomp the jihad out of the worst of the worst (<kof> Iran <kof>) and tell them that the rest can expect the same if they raise their heads.  The only thing this “tolerance” is accomplishing is an assurance of either the slaughter of Islam or the enslavement of the West down the road.  I’m not all that sure that we will act in time, before we dribble away our resources.  As great as we are, we still operate within, the laws of nature.  Our resources are not limitless; let us hope our patience isn’t either.

The latest ‘nail in the coffin’ is the changes to visa 457, the government seem so infatuated with big business and the crap about the economic benefits of migration, you know, like how the muslim social security leaches will be spending their $50,000 benefit, that they are happy to ignore the damage they are doing to our culture and society.

Texas Bob #18, go to LGF and look for a story about Ontario’s Human Rights Commission. BTW, the Barbara Hall mentioned therein is the failed, Liberal,* ex-mayor of Toronto who appeared wearing a full-length hajib (I don’t think it was a full burqa) trying to brown-nose the city’s Muslim vote in a debate held by a Muslim group in the last municipal elections.

*Party politics isn’t part of municipal politics in Canada (which allows alot of assholes to get elected because they don’t have to identify their politics openly), but candidates usually have unofficial ties to a provincial or federal political party. Hall’s was the Liberals, which is why she got a plum post on the Human Rights Board after her failed mayoral bid. Still, it could have been worse; she could have been appointed to the Senate.

  64. #62 daddy dave: I’ve known many muslims in my travels, some devout, some in the “lukewarm” religious range and some distictly non-religious.
I dont hate arabs or muslim, in general. Those that are activily engaged in trying to kill me, my friends, my family and my countrymen, I hate and loath, as is normal. where I might divulge from “the norm” is when I also refuse to respect those of the arab/muslim community that are unwilling to stand up against the islamists.
To not stand up against, is to either lay down for, or quietly support.

Either way, those that will not stand up and do what ever is necessary to defeat the islamists are, by default, islamists. Those that wont stand up against an enemy are either allied with that enemy or by their refusal to act, adding their weight to that enemy.
There’s only 2 sides in a war. Only those so damaged and disfuctional as to be unfit to live can believe that such a thing as “a middle way” can exist in such situations.

So, the longer the “reasonable” folk hold out and give cover to those that want, for what ever reason, to lay still, then the more brutal and violent will be the reaction when such “reasonableness” finally proves to be the suicidal delusion that it is.

So, no, I dont want a genocide but a person would have to be real dense not to see the seeds for one being planted on a global scale.

As ugly as it sounds, that’s how I see it.
Dont mean Im right. It’s just how I see it.

Many years ago, when my husband was in the army, and I worked various jobs, I met several Muslim people here and there who seemed as normal and reasonable as anybody else.  Beginning sixteen years ago, when I went to work for the university, the Muslims I met were increasingly religious and increasingly hostile.  Truth be told, I blame the worldwide effort to spread Wahabbism by the Saudis.  They have taken Islam and turned it to shit.

  68. here are my cards: I’m against killing on the basis of ancestry. Sure, the London Underground bombers slipped under the radar, but rounding up everyone of middle eastern descent is a ham-fisted and counterproductive solution.
But being a member of a secret society that intends to overthrow the state, now that’s worthy of harsh punishment. It’s the ideology and the networks, not the genetics, that are the problem. Anyone who goes for the latter is misunderstanding the threat.

Posted by daddy dave on 2006 06 30 at 06:43 PM • permalink

  69. #68 daddy dave. I don’t disagree with you except for one point. What you describe requires an alternate reality where true motivation of all individuals can be known, understood and acted upon as appropriate.

The mass is the cover the wolves move around in.

Those that refuse to stand up, to take a stand against an evil, either do not see it as an evil or can not be bothered to deal with it or are waiting to see which side appears to have the upper hand before declaring. And in many cases, are supporting that evil as quietly as they possibly can.

Also take into account the doctrine of taqiya. A muslim is actually duty bound, by his religion and culture, to lie to anyone about anything if it means saving himself to fight another day.

And, last but not least, you of course, are free to limit your understanding of what I am saying here as being in support of or advocating genocide.
I am not and never will. What I am saying, and have been saying is this.
We all face a relentless enemy. That enemy hides and travels freely amongst a community. That community refuses to do what is necessary to shed itself of that enemy. It is therefore part of the enemy.

Life doesn’t give a squat for what folk would rather it be like. It always is, exactly what it is.
Those that try to force it into some image of other than what it is, tend to end up at best, disappointed and at worst, chowder.

What I am advocating is a punch to the enemy that will get their attention, and will demonstrate to them that I am serious as a grave. I then tell them that if one more American citizen is harmed, they can expect the same - if their’s is the site chosen for destruction.  How many bombs do you think will have to fall before they break their silence and police their own?

This will not constitute genocide.  This will prevent genocide.  Do you think that this slow waltz with enslavement and death is humane?  I think that what we are doing now has emboldened the enemy and given us a creeping, inevitably rising death toll (and here I’ll say that I care more about one of our people than I do a million of them, and that it is they who put me in a position to have to make such a determination).  Muslims who would not have thought about it before, now feel perfectly free to tell us what we can and cannot print about them - on pain of death.  Who do you think is responsible for allowing them to think they can get away with this crap?  Where do you see this leading?  How long do you think we will continue to tolerate this insult to our selves once we see our resourses running out, or we’ve finally had enough of seeing our military worn out and picked off?

I say that it leads one of two places:  Bloody hell and genocide, or the enslavement of the West to Islam - an entirely different kind of bloody hell.

I did not feel this way in the beginning.  But seeing the consequences of the principles we’ve been going on made me reevaluate the principle, and the position I took based on it.

  72. Let me put this into some context.

    You might already be dead.

One “suicide traveler” with a dose of the killer weapon bugs that were all the rage in massive production facilities in the former USSR territory now known as Kazakhstan could have already passed through your town.

In a week, you, your friends, your family, your neighbors may begin dieing. Every morning that you wake up could be the day that the “suicide traveler” wanders through your hometown. Or maybe it’ll be someone who was on the same commercial transcontinental passenger aircraft a few days ago, coming home from a vacation, business trip, or family funeral that brings the killer bug to you.
This will happen, eventually, to someone, somewhere and it will spread.

  76. The debate here is like the 1930s debate about ‘peace’ with Stalin, Hitler and Bushido. That’s why it’s scary. Add Mao, post-war.
In two cases world war really happened, but it crept up on the Anglosphere, who tried to think ‘peace’ because we are basically moderate Christians.
We now cultivate the ‘moderate Moslems’, if we can..
The Germans And Russians were ‘moderate Christians’ too, but like most Moslems today, *failed to organise* to resist the hateful ideologies in their midst.

Today 20 million Moslems are within Europe, which changes the cultural equation. Their Islamists think like Hitler and Stalin, so the West must force their Moslems to *take sides* by increased social pressure.
Our Moslems cannot hide by being blind chauvinists. We know they have their *own* divisions, so they can add a vital new one.

This is not racism but realism, *protecting* our Western values and systems.  Iran, Sudan, Pakistan, Malaysia and Indonesia are not Arab, but have the same problems.

The West suffered very costly world war and Cold War to save its civilised values -the same threat conditions exist post-communism now. [Let’s see how leftist China takes sides!]
We either take tough smaller actions now, or wait for the big explosions later.

As an Aussie currently in Canada, I’ll say “Happy Canada Day to you too” on behalf of the seal-bashers.  I don’t think any of the natives will be here to take your compliment in person, because looking at the freeway out of the city this afternoon (Friday before a long week end) I think they’ve all checked out.

I recently flew down to the States from Canada.  Boy, the people at Homeland Security sure know how to make neighbours unwelcome, don’t they?  2 immigration people to process about 200 people waiting to board planes at 7am.  I breezed through (after the 45 minute wait in the queue) but the 2 Canadaian businessmen I was travelling with both got the serious third degree.  Sheesh. If Homeland Security doesn’t want Canadians to visit the USA, why don’t they just put a big sign up saying “GO AWAY CANADIANS”.  (At least it’ll make the queues shorter for the rest of us :-)

There was some Congressman on TV the other week, saying how Canada “is a safe haven for terrorists”.  Some-one ought to tell the Powers That Be who the US’s friends really are and not to be so bloody-minded at the northern border (especially when it seems the southern border is about as porous as a shower-head).

  85. As usual, I find myself agreeing with most that is written in this place.
We should all heed the warnings in this post—especially those from Grimmy and saltydog. I fear that their predictions are the most plausible.
I am now well into my eighth and probably last decade of a wonderful life in Australia. That life has included seven years in peace-time military service, considerable world travel and an ever-increasing enjoyment of prosperity and technology.
I am more likely to die of old age than from some of the less attractive things being predicted, but I have grave fears for my children and grandchildren.
We must somehow convince the left that they are either on our side or that of the enemy. They can’t be on both.

  86. Skeeter,

Sorry to disagree, but Saltydog’s ideas are a sting of what if’s and blatant fear mongering.  Yes it’s unfortunate that these ignoramuses (these women) write such vitriol, but to be perfectly frank, their husbands are entwined in what is one of the most pathetic set of trumped up charges we have seen.  Like the magnificent Miami 7, there is major evidence of government complicity and entrapment, and it seems understandable that these women are bitter.

Like the mickey mouse arrests of the Miami 7, this looks more and more like a made for TV PR exercise.

The idea of attacking Iran to teach the Islamic world a lesson is just lunacy.  There are a billion Muslims, and there is no surer way than to radicalize the lot of them than to collectively punish a whole country for the sake of targeting a handful of extremist mullahs.

How anyone can espouse the virtues of committing genocide to avoid genocide makes as much sense a destroying a village in order to save it.

Here is the quote that sums up the radical flaw in Saltydog’s position:

“and here I’ll say that I care more about one of our people than I do a million of them, and that it is they who put me in a position to have to make such a determination”

How did Iran manage to do that?  Did Iran ask for their democratically and Western friendly government of Mossadegh to be overthrown and replaced for with a bastard like the Shah for 25 years? Maybe we should have thought about that before overthrowing a guy for daring to privatize his country’s oil assets. Then we back Iraq in a war with Iran, that Iraq started and Salty has the chutzpah to ask how long must we tolerate them?

A typical example of us stepping on a hornets nest and blaming the hornets for getting pissed of.

#86 The use of undercover agents and informants has been a hallmark of successful preventative as well as investigative law enforcement for as long as folks have cared to care for their citizenry.

The fact that the Miami group were idiots does not exculpate them, and the Canadians are condemned by their own words, affiliations and deeds. And spare me any “first amendment” crap. Shouting “FIRE!” in a crowded theatre is still against the law.

And your disparaging comments about the arrests in Canada and in Miami continue to beg the question: do you believe that the fire/rescue department is the first line of defense? In other words, in your view, do there have to be bodies in the street before we begin making arrests?

Sometimes the price is the willingness of brave men and women to face getting stung.  If I have to kick the hornets nest to protect my family (and your’s) from the crazed, hate-filled Islamohornets, brother I am going in stomping. Most of all, do you see how he ascribes fear-mongering to me, and then waves the scarifying figure of ONE BILLION potentially crazed Muslims radicalized by us because we dared to think we ought to defend ourselves.  I think there is already someone who is fearful to the bone without any mongering by me.

Damn right! I was once taught that in any long patrol the most dangerous times were the first 5 miles and the last 5 miles.

The first 5 because you would be in the process of getting your head fully into the environment, adjusting to the pace, getting your head focused..and because it’s a lot easier to pick a patrol up and start shadowing it when it leaves camp.

The last 5 because you were tired. Worn out. Beat up. Ready for it to be done. Wanting to lay your weapon across your shoulders and start ditty bopping your way to the finish line. And, it’s easier to get ahead of a patrol to ambush it, if you know where it’s heading.

You’re in the last 5 of your patrol. Keep it tight. You’re not home safe until you’re standing on your own porch.

and Im not entitled to the Hooah but I can give you a loud UUHRAA!!
