BENBRIKA PHONEBREAKER
Alleged terror conspirator Abdul Nacer Benbrika, family guy:
Detective Murray said that on August 23, 2005, Benbrika’s wife Rakia was detected telling her mother in law that Benbrika had left the home with his sleeping bag. He had struck one of the children with a telephone and broken the receiver, Detective Murray said.
Should he be found guilty, Benbrika may discover that the prisoner-Australian community is even less tolerant of child-bashers than it is of convicted terrorists.
Maybe he’s just trying to imitate Russell Crowe? It must be something in the water, Down Under.

Red Kezza tonight on 7.30 retort had an ex National Crime Authority head speak about “racial profiling”.Peter Ferris I think. He layed it on the line for us “what is the use of body searching a seventy year old anglo woman from Nunawading and ignoring a group of Muslim men boarding the flight”.Red Kezza was apoplectic..he stuttered through his intro “alleged ..er..threat ..er ..bomb plot..”.Found a terrorist expert from Wollongong Uni..(’ALLO ME LITTLE LOVELIES). A Waheed Aly spoke all through the interview representing M views.
The silly example was put that a flight in Russia crashed after two muslim women were allowed on board by bribing airport officials...Year right can you just see that happening in Oz? Or London, the U.S.,Paris,Berlin,Zurich? That’s no reason to not profile likely suspects or not search the remainder.Should he be found guilty, Benbrika may discover that the prisoner-Australian community is even less tolerant of child-bashers than it is of convicted terrorists.
As astounding as that sounds, it is true.
Granted our Jeffery Dahmer, was convicted of much worse crimes, but he died in prison at the hands of an inmate.
Unfortunately our Andrea Yates, is still alive after drowning her 5 children, one at a time. No doubt she will roam free, after a set of shrinks, certify that she is completely rehabilitated.
Terrorists, should never be convicted, shot in the back trying to escape would be just right.

Sorry, china crash, if any offense taken. (And first time I’ve said anything about Crowe’s phone tossing as far as I recall.) But the jokes do hurt so much. Things like “Why do Canadians do it doggie-style? So they can both watch the hockey game on TV,” really, really hurt. No wonder so many are tempted to join Hoseballah.Posted by andycanuck on 2006 08 16 at 01:17 PM • permalink#1.Dan, you are talking about Brackstan, with its Practical Reference To Sucking Up To Noisy Minorities which is currently unavailable and being revised and updated.
I’m sure I can find a cache of it somewhere if you really want to puke at the level of pandering in the name of “tolerance” in this cesspool.

Poor poor pedophile got his head kicked in, as if letting him out after only 2 1/2 years was enough—the least we could do was buy him a Porsche for his trouble.

Ms. Franklin,
Good grief! you Ozzies are infected too. Is it just fashionable leftism or enshrined in the constitution and acts of parliament like up here?

In the edition of the Age that landed on my lawn this morning, it just reads,
"Benbrika’s wife Rakia revealed he (Benbrika) had left home with his sleeping bag after striking one of their children with a telephone.” NO REFERENCE TO BREAKING THE RECEIVER ON THE KID’S HEAD! Maybe The Age thought that prolonging the description would be insensitive?
Yet the on-line version contains the receiver-busting detail. What is going on here!?
bust#15.
I consulted the trusty Islam Q & A and could not come up with any Fatwa’s that permitted the use of telephone receivers to pistol whip your kids.
Accordingthe below it would almost be certain that Benbrinka has defied Allah“there should be no harshness in the hitting, and we must not hit the face. The father should not hit his child at the time of extreme anger, or with a sharp instrument that may injure him, or with anything that may break bones, and he should not hit him in a place where a blow may be fatal.
For those wife bashers out there, there is plenty of good information on how to beat your wife should she misbehave or show disobedience. Apparently “forsaking her in bed” acts as some kind of preliminary punishment before a good old fashioned beating.

Just one; he holds it in and the world revolves around him.How many other Canadian liberals does it take to change a different lightbulb?
Two: one to fly to New York to find out how it’s done and fax the answer back to the one who changes the bulb.Posted by andycanuck on 2006 08 17 at 12:02 AM • permalinkTerrorists, should never be convicted, shot in the back trying to escape would be just right.
- El CidAnd if you tried to have that written into the constitution, you would be a racist. Even though terrorists dont have a race. Pity they aint blue…

Google racial and religious tolerance act if you really want to see how bad it is, or anything on the “two dannys” who were charged under this draconian dreck.
(They are 2 pastors who at a church group made the unforgivable sin of quoteing the quran in a way that caused merriment, and there just happened to be some muslim converts in the audience who just happened to be offended and just happened to be aware of how to use this vilification law to great effect.)
Other states have considered laws like this and thrown them out the window.
We now have a situation where people look over their shoulders before discussing anything other than the weather.
Shiites me no end, and I make a point of speaking openly about whatever I want to, and also proclaiming that I’m aware if people are offended they can take it up with HREOC and VCAT.
No takers so far. :)

Gives little wiggle room for the smart-alec judges, like they have in the USA stopping essential telephone tapping.
The USA has just been done a grave disservice by a woman judge.
The elites are living in denial about the real war the West is fighting now.

Tim, have you been so insensitive as to have forgotten about the cultural differences?
While we are all hot for Mark Steyn, I vaguely recall he mentioned a police force (maybe Australian?) which treated domestic violence in (ahem) certain ethnic communities with a different set of standards.
